A training program for trainers is presented to take on the subject of Entrepreneur Development at different educational levels and contexts. The applied methodology is based on Kolb's Experiential Learning Theory with two additional elements: affectivity and creativity. It is an innovation in terms of models of teacher training, because the fundamentals for the professional to be trained are to know from their own entrepreneurial behaviors and creative potential, as well as to experience the application of the methodology proposed as mediation for training of entrepreneurs. The inclusion of entrepreneurship and its implementation as part of the curriculum requires qualified and prepared teaching staff since there is a risk of converting this subject eminently theoretical and strictly business-related. The staff that received this training, according to their own comments and learning, points out the importance and transformation of their didactic processes and applications for their own life, which was identified in the change of attitude, disposition for learning and in their subsequent classroom practices.
